Under current regulations, airlines are responsible for inspecting checked baggage. However, the airports in Chiclayo, Iquitos, Piura, and Trujillo use X-ray machines operated by the specialized airport service provider SECURITAS.
Every passenger boarding a flight must pass through airline security checks during baggage check-in, followed by AdP’s own security screening.
AdP will inspect passengers and their carry-on baggage to prevent weapons, explosives, and dangerous items from being brought on board, in compliance with current regulations.
