In compliance with the provisions of Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations, I declare that I know that the personal data provided in the Contact and Complaints section are automatically incorporated into the data banks of Aeropuertos del Perú S.A. (AdP), and that AdP is authorized to use this data in order to answer questions and respond to suggestions from users who have submitted the online contact form.
AdP declares that it complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data and specially with the required security measures. Accordingly, AdP agrees to use the data provided solely and exclusively for the established purpose, treating all personal data known and accessible to AdP with confidentiality. Similarly, AdP agrees to protect and prevent access to its users' personal data from any third party; thus guaranteeing the exercise, if appropriate, of their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection.
